Art of the Week #3

Whats up Everyone,
Seem the boys have been pretty busy lately. Fox just had his Spring Break, and Matty and Tripp have been doing whatever it is they do. School has these kids by the balls. Well that leads us to our thrid installment of the "art of the week" series... so enjoy...

Fox blended up this contemporary, op art, abstract piece over a year ago so i figured I'd put it up to give it some play...New piece rolling out of the wood work tomorrow so stay tuned!

Back To The Futurama

This is a really cool conceptual piece, by Jeremy Dean out of Palmetto, Florida. The basic idea of the piece is a Hummer H2 transformed into a horse-drawn carriage, gas guzzler gone green. Check out more pictures and a full story after the jump...

HARVEST by Haroshi "Skate and Destroy"

From Harvest by Haroshi

The Abington Art Experiment has continued to evolve over the past several weeks and we've been getting some great contacts who are helping us bring our dreams to reality. This May we will be hosting the first action sports inspired sustainable art gallery in the greater Tampa Bay area. We will be collaborating with many artist's both local and from beyond. Here's a couple photo's of an exhibit by Haroshi that is going on right now in Japan. Inspired by skateboarding and promoting sustainable art, Haroshi kills it with his "Skate and Destroy" exhibit. Follow this link to hypebeast for a peak at the show and stay tuned for some quick strikes of what we'll be offering at ours!
